Our Team
Our team consists of highly trained and experienced professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and therapists who specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): A BCBA is a master’s-level clinician certified to assess, design, and supervise behavior intervention programs. They perform functional behavior assessments, create individualized treatment plans, train families and staff, and ensure that all ABA strategies are ethical, effective, and evidence-based. BCBAs oversee the clinical direction of therapy and are responsible for the child’s overall treatment outcomes.
- BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst): A BCaBA is a bachelor’s-level behavior analyst who provides clinical support under the supervision of a BCBA. They help implement treatment plans, collect and analyze data, assist with assessments, and train caregivers or therapists. They cannot practice independently but significantly strengthen the quality and consistency of care within an ABA team.
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician): An RBT is a paraprofessional trained and certified to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy directly with the child. They follow the treatment plan created by the BCBA or BCaBA and collect daily data on progress. RBTs work in the home centers, school, or community to teach communication, social skills, daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors through structured, supervised intervention.
Each team member is dedicated to providing individualized care and support, ensuring that every child receives the attention and guidance they need.
