Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, train and supervise staff.
Qualifications:
BCBA certification, ABA therapy experience (at least 1 year), strong communication skills.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional assessments, training and supervision of RBTs, ABA therapists and parents/caregivers, design functional communication systems.
Qualifications:
BCaBA certification, at least 1 year experience.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities:
Implement therapy plans, collect data, provide direct therapy.
Qualifications:
RBT certification, dedication to working with children, keen observational skills.
